TouchGuides is a digital guidebook product for vacation rentals, built by a small founder-led team and in the hands of hosts today. We are looking for a co-founder to take full ownership of one half of the business, whether that turns out to be revenue, operations, or product. Expect early-stage equity, early-stage pay, and a direct line between your week and the next hundred hosts who sign up.

Responsibilities

• Own a core function such as revenue, operations, or product
• Talk to hosts and property managers about their guest experience and turn what you hear into roadmap
• Set quarterly goals with the founder and report against them
• Hire and mentor the first people on your side of the business
• Help decide whether and when we raise outside money
• Share the founder work: support tickets, invoices, and everything else that keeps the lights on

Requirements

• 5+ years in startups or short-term rentals, with something you shipped or sold yourself
• Ready for equity-weighted compensation at an early stage
• Able to own a function outright, from the strategy down to the weekly to-do list
• Strong written communication, since most of our work happens in writing
• Based anywhere with a few hours of overlap with US Eastern time
